Rony Zakaria


Rony Zakaria is a freelance phtographer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He studied documentary photography for a year at Antara Gallery of Photojournalism, in Jakarta.

He was selected to participate at young photographer workshop at Angkor Photography Festival 2007 intended for 30 young photographers under 30. In the same year he was invited to document the urban life in Jakarta by the Goethe-Institute of Jakarta.

In 2008, He received a photography grant from FAO to photograph The avian culture in Bali island.
