Kobi Wolf is an art photographer in his early thirties. While studying at the Geographical Photography School, Kobi undertook a long journey during which he explored limits of time and place, and was able to express his professional potential thanks to his endless curiosity and analytic eye. For seven years he wandered through Africa, India and the Far East, testing his personal survival abilities, confronting various experiences and gathering thousands of photographic images which constitute a geographic archive.

Returning to Israel, Kobi continued to gain experience in portrait and documentary photography and broadened his experience in art and studio photography, amongst other things. His photographs have been published in various Israeli magazines. Kobi Wolf's photographs stimulate the imagination and invite the viewer to take part in the story of his anthropological journey though the eye of his lens.

In 2004 Kobi held his first exhibition, which was dedicated to his mother's struggle with cancer, examining limits, intimacy and exposure.

In 2006 Kobi held his second exhibition  As part of the photography project "Photos from Abarbanel" Kobi documents life in the psychiatric hospital from a human point of view, regardless of the identity of the people photographed. The project developed out of Kobi's sensitivity to and interest in the intricate fabric of humanity, and the unique atmosphere of the location. The project was undertaken over a long period of time, in order to attune the photographer to the environment being photographed, so as to achieve the most authentic and objective documentary possible
