Robin
Nelson
Magazine and newspaper photojournalist Robin Nelson has more than
20 years of experience documenting life in the southeastern U.S.
His photos have been published in dozens of leading media, including
TIME, Newsweek, U.S. News and World Report, People, The New
York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Wall Street Journal,
Fortune, Forbes, Paris Match, Stern, Der Spiegel, The Times of London
and many others.
In addition to documentary photojournalism, Nelson
specializes in environmental portraits that perfectly capture the
subjects' personalities. He is skilled in location lighting and
thrives on chasing pictures that "tell the story."
He is a former
newspaper reporter and picture editor and has photographed work
for several books, including Sunday in America and Hong
Kong: Here Be Dragons. Nelson also serves the photographic
and video needs of Atlanta-area churches and ministries.
