Agent Orange: Justice is Blind


On March 10, 2005 a New York District court judge threw out a class action law suit brought forward by millions of Vietnamese soldiers and civilians against the chemical companies responsible for creating Agent Orange--the defoliant blamed for a wide range of health problems. Twenty-one years ago, a similar suit brought forward by American Vietnam War vets was settled out of court for $180 million. Is this justice?
